Thank you for choosing MATHMANN for your child's mathematics education. We are committed to providing high-quality online tutoring through our platform, mathmann.com. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans.

### 1. £1 Assessment Session & Weekly Plan

* £1 Assessment Session (Non-Refundable): We offer a 20-minute student assessment session for £1. Due to the introductory and immediate nature of this session, the £1 fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

* Weekly Plan (No Refunds): Due to the short-term and rolling nature of the Weekly Plan, we do not offer any refunds or money-back guarantees for this tier.

* Cancellation for Weekly Plan: You can cancel your weekly subscription at any time through your dashboard to prevent future automated billings. However, no refunds will be issued for the current paid week, and the student will have access until the end of that billing week.

### 2. Monthly, Yearly, and Full Course Plans (7-Day Trial Policy)

We want you to be completely confident in our teaching. Therefore, we offer a 7-Day Evaluation Window for our long-term plans.

* The 7-Day Window: You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or the date of the first live class (whichever is earlier) to request a refund.

* Class Trial Allowance: During this 7-day period, the student is permitted to attend our standard weekly schedule of 3 live classes (a total of 6 hours of instruction, 2 hours per session) to evaluate our teaching method.

* Strict Deadline: If you wish to cancel and request a refund, you must notify us via email within this 7-day window. Once the 7-day period has expired, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and your subscription/access will remain active until the end of the paid duration.

### 3. Payment Gateway Fees & Deductions

* Non-Refundable Processing Fees: Please note that payment gateways (such as PayPal/Stripe) do not refund their transaction fees to us when a refund is processed. Therefore, all approved refunds will be issued minus the non-refundable payment gateway processing fees.

* Pro-Rata Deductions: If a refund is requested after the student has attended classes within the 7-day window, we reserve the right to deduct a pro-rata amount equivalent to the hours of live tutoring received before returning the balance.

### 4. Student Absence and Missed Classes

* Our live classes run on a strict schedule. No refunds, partial refunds, or compensatory discounts will be provided if a student misses a scheduled live class due to personal reasons, illness, or technical issues on the user's end.

* In the event of an absence, students will be provided with class recordings and learning materials so they do not fall behind.

### 5. Cancellations by Us

* In the rare event that MATHMANN has to cancel a specific batch, a scheduled class, or permanently discontinue a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund for the unutilized classes will be issued to affected parents immediately, with no deductions.

### 6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 7-day window (applicable only to Monthly, Yearly, and Full Course Plans), parents must follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: mathswithrajdeep@mathmann.com (or simply forward your original purchase email to us).

2. Use the Subject Line: Refund Request - [Student's Full Name]

3. Attach Proof of Purchase: You must attach or include a copy of the original payment invoice received at the time of purchase.

4. Include your registered email address and the name of the subscribed plan.

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately on our end. However, it may take 5 to 10 working days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method (bank/PayPal), depending on your financial institution.
